Day 1: Embark on your fitness journey with an informative 10-15 minute orientation. During this brief tour of our facility, you'll become acquainted with the space and our equipment, ensuring you feel comfortable and ready for your first workout. This is also an ideal time to discuss your fitness goals, understand more about our philosophy, and answer any questions you might have. Our aim is to make your first step as seamless as possible, fostering a welcoming atmosphere while gaining insights about you and providing you with a glimpse of who we are. Following the orientation, you will dive right into your first fitness class with us.
Days 2-7: As the week progresses, fully immerse yourself in our dynamic training regimen. Experience different workouts, learn from different coaching styles, and become a part of our supportive community. You're encouraged to ask questions, share feedback, and most importantly, relish the journey towards becoming stronger.
Nothing. Whether you're an experienced athlete or just starting out, this is your starting point. However, for those new to exercise, we may suggest private training to help you gain mastery over complex techniques. Safety and effectiveness in your fitness journey remain our top priorities.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
