I was born and raised in Houston, TX. Growing up I was on the cheer and drill team, but was never really into fitness until my late 20s. I first fell in love with yoga and running after the birth of my daughter in 2010. It wasn’t until the end of 2017 that I made a huge lifestyle change; this is when I found group fitness. Not only was the community welcoming, but I fell in love with putting myself first and pushing my limits. Some of my hobbies include spending time with my family, lifting heavy sh*t, traveling, hiking, and reading.
Health and fitness are some of my top priorities, and I enjoy helping others achieve their health-related goals (body, mind, and spirit). I’ve always had a passion for helping others, and when I’m not coaching, I’m working in mental health. I believe in a holistic approach first and truly believe that movement is medicine. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing the shift in others when they start to challenge themselves physically, it honestly improves every other aspect of their life, and I’m here to be part of that change. We all start somewhere, so start small, show up for yourself daily, give yourself grace, and celebrate all the small wins!!
